AccesSport Program Application

 

Each sport and program we offer is adapted to fit every individual’s unique needs, and every participant will be actively involved in their chosen sport(s). We can help anyone of any ability actively participate and find the compelling athlete inside. Sign up and come get some great exercise inside, outside, or both! 

  •  GAIT TRAINING Helps with standing, walking, and balancing, and individuals may gain better stride length, more hip and knee flexion, as well as knee extension. For maximum benefit regular sessions of at least 1x per week for 12 weeks is recommended.  
  • WATER SPORTS available
    • WINDSURFING – Seated and standing adaptations with a full range of tandem, catamaran, and single boards
    • HAWAIIAN OUTRIGGER CANOEING – Three, four person canoes with paddle adaptations
    • STAND UP PADDLING – Single, double and 8 person stand up boards with seats and standers
    • KAYAKING – Single and double kayaks with adaptive paddles
    • ROWING – A drop-in single rowing setup with room for a trainer?
  • SOCCER & CONDITIONING is held on Thursday nights in Lexington, MA. We run two sessions: 6-7PM and 7-8PM. 
  • CYCLING - Over 20 recumbent, upright, tandem, foot and hand cycles available at our Acton location. Offered year-round, weather permitting and when the outside temperature is at least 40 degrees. 
  • TENNIS - Adaptive standing and wheelchair tennis skills training offered on Wednesday afternoons in Newton/Auburndale.  

 

COVID 19 Protocol

We remain commited to ensuring the health & safety of everyone participating in our programs.

All staff and athletes are encouraged to mask at their own discretion.  Staff will mask if requested by the athlete or their representative.    

Anyone that has been recently exposed to, or has tested positive for COVID should dontify us immediately and not attend any AccesSport activity until a return date has been determined by mutual agreement with  our staff.   

This policy is subject to change.

Program Fees

Gait Training – $60 per session.  For maximum and consistent benefit we recommend a minimum of 1 session per week for 12 week.

Gait Training package discounts

                Package 1 (12 sessions - 1 per week for 12 weeks): $699 ($720 before discount)

                Package 2 (24 sessions  - 2 per week for 12 weeks): $1,380 ($1,440 before discount)

                Package 3 (36 sessions - 3 per week for 12 weeks): $2,075 ($2,160 before discount)

                Package 4 (108 sessions - 3 per week for 36 weeks): $6,200 ($6,480 before discount)

 

Biking (Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring) - $30 per session

                Package 1 (10 sessions): $291 ($300 before discount)  

                Package 2 (20 sessions): $570 ($600 before discount)

 

Water Sports - $50 per session

                Package 1 (10 sessions) – $485 ($500 before discount)

                Package 2 (20 sessions) – $950 ($1,000 before discount)

 

Summer Sports (Biking & Water Sports) - $75 (1 session each of biking and a water sport of your choice)

                Package 1 (10 sessions): $728 ($750 before discount)

                Package 2 (20 sessions): $1,425 ($1,500 before discount)

 

Tennis - $30 per session

               Package 1 (10 sessions): $291 ($300 before discount)   

               Package 2 (20 sessions): $570 ($600 before discount)

 

Soccer - $20 per session

                Package 1 (10 sessions): $194 ($200 before discount)

                Package 2 (20 sessions): $380 ($400 before discount)

 

Not sure which program is for you?  We recommend the Introduction to AccesSport package to help you decide.  $135 includes 1 Gait Training session, 1 session of the Water Sport of your choice, and 1 session of biking.
